To all looking for an Estate Trust Law Firm I would like to make a recommendation. My wife and I never had a will or trust even though we knew we should. My wife recently passed away intestate and knowing the difficulty I would have with Probate I needed to get my affairs in order and help to administer her passing. I asked some of my close friends and was directed to the Law Office of Ryan Fender. I called and set up a consultation and was very impressed of Ryan’s knowledge and ability to help me. I had previously searched on the internet about wills and trusts but after talking with Ryan realized he was more informed than what I had found on line. His questions were sharp, precise and many of the points brought up were some I would not have thought to bring up. I decided then and there to have him represent me and develop a Trust Plan. We had numerous sessions where we ironed out issues and I was later the next month presented with my Trust binder with all original documents, flash drive.
