I know Mr. Borthwick’s capabilities and skills, and he is a very capable and skilled attorney. He came through for me in a magnificent manner. He was with me every step of the way, every day. Mr. Borthwick is in a hard business and he deals with a lot of difficult clients and lawyers. He holds his own and so much more. Mr. Borthwick is a strong force to reckon with. He is a serious trial lawyer. He knows what questions to ask and is assertive. My trial was a battle and I came out looks good. I am relieved and happy. I would use Mr. Borthwick again in a heartbeat and recommend his services to anyone. I can’t imagine anyone not liking Mr. Borthwick. I trust him with my life. His fees are reasonable. Really helpful to me. I know he made me feel comfortable and in good hands. I got in a car accident and the insurance company came after me with lots threats and a lawsuit. Not a good feeling at all. I was given respect by my attorney and helped out a lot. He will help you at a good fee. He is NOT like other lawyers who are greedy and caring. My lawsuit was a scary experience. i have used a few lawyers over the years. i thought they were good. i was recommended to mr. borthwick to defend me in a restraining order case and he outperformed my prior lawyers. mr. borthwick did my trial and the judge denied the restraining order against me. whew. perfecto. he is knowledgeable in the law and in how to talk to the judge. super impressed. his line of work can be brutal and ugly, but he comes out looking clean and razor sharp. he is an asset to the legal profession. mr. borthwick is calm under pressure and helps you stay calm. the judge liked mr. borthwick and the way he tried my case. the judge knows mr. borthwick doesn’t play around. the other attorney was shot down by my lawyers several times and i loved it. he prepared my witnesses so they knew how to testify. i would say mr. borthwick is serious about his work and his clients. you are important to him. i was in a mess and things ended right. grateful. there are always “haters” out there but if you hate on mr. borthwick you are crazy or grossly mistaken, or an idiot.

Stay away! Don’t trust the reviews, he pushes people to give them 5 stars, but I won’t not trust him! (See reply from attorney below: He is openly disclosing info about his client in public…he’ll do this to you too! The attorney completely lost a solid case…my bro is a decorated Marine with own home and great career, no criminal history or credible allegations. If your a potential client and don’t meet a high standard than my bro, you have no Chance! For the thousands of dollars, what did he get?)
