It’s hard to put into words my experience with this law firm. Unfortunately, I have had to use a lawyer/attorney a few times in my lifetime already. The first thing I did with Rick Davis firm was get on their website, where I got to chat with someone that took down the basics of my situation. I then got a phone call in a very timely manner. I went back over my situation with the lady on the phone and I could tell she was listening. and said I would be getting a call back for my consolation. and wouldn’t you know in a very timely manner i had my next call. I talked with them about my situation, which was not only not in their county of their office, but my charges were in two different counties. I talked to them, and they made me feel very comfortable and that they would absolutely be able to help me. Many phone calls and emails later and some time, they had done just as they promised, they had completely taken care of me. they took a very stressful situation right out of my hands and took care of it like I was part of their own family. if I could give them 100 stars I would without a doubt. If you need help in their area and you don’t call them, then that’s on you. They can and will help you the best they can!

Hoping everyone else at the firm is nice and knowledgeable, but Aaron was very rude insinuating I was the rude one asking questions about what he is the expert at. Questions that are relevant if you’ve heard several different answers from different attorneys. I was told they would not take me on as a client because of not jiving well when I’m merely being concerned about my future and reputation. That’s fine and dandy since I wouldn’t want to spend my hard earned money working with such arrogant, rude person.
