I just wanted to say, that this firm group was amazing through the whole process. My mother had been struggling with her rental for over a year, for damages she did not do to the property, short story a young driver had crashed his car in my mothers wall. She was being told to pay for it when, she didn’t know this man, or done it. My mother lived in constant fear, fear she was going to be evicted for not paying for this damage. So we took action, and decided to seek legal advice, let me tell u, this was are first time, dealing with a lawyer. It was honestly the best experience we ever had. This law firm, was helpful, communicated daily with us, never once let us in the dark. We are truly grateful for these wonderful people that fought for us. Now my mother isnt in fear, the rental people apologize to my mother for their harassment. It was the best decision we had ever made!!!! A landlord tried to evict me after he had taken partial payment. Of course we won and although some people would say it wasn’t really worth bringing an attorney into court with me, I say it was worth every dime of Jesse’s reasonable fee, to prove to this landlord he can’t take advantage of the little guy (or girl in my case). Will be using Jesse Cook again here very soon over some other legal matters. Thanks Jesse Cook !
