***UPDATE BASED ON THE OWNERS REPLY:There was no policy provided whatsoever. You cannot make up rules as you go. I received 0 services. Based on your logic, if I reschedule, then the lawyer will provide their services for free? Then why not just refund? 0 time was wasted on me. Clearly, the 1 star reviews were justified.***********HORRIBLE experience. I have no idea how the lawyer herself is, but the management is extremely unprofessional and scheming. I was told that I have to pay 230 in order to make an appointment for consultation and received an email with info on how to pay. No policy included in this email whatsoever. I paid, received no email confirming my payment. I had to cancel an appointment, and the money is not being returned. I understand there might be a cancelation fee, but I wasn’t told of any policies in the email or on the phone. They’ve been ignoring me on this issue for over 2 weeks now and doesn’t seem like they are going to refund me. BEWARE! This is extremely unprofessional! I had nobody calling me to ask any of the questions before the consultation either. I received 0 services and paid for nothing.
