I would highly recommend Mr. Stuart Reich for his law services. When I first came to him I though I have a difficult case for obtaining a permanent Green Card but he calmed me down immediately and assured me there is nothing to worry about. He made the application process very easy where he was always on point with the paperwork he needs from me, responding emails in short time, giving explanatory answers to every question, as well as filing on time. When USCIS asked for additional paperwork he handled that with ease as well and with all his help I obtained my Permanent Green Card even earlier than expected. We hired Stu after our initial consultation to assist us through the green card process. Stu was very knowledgeable in our initial consultation and was able to answer all of our questions including creating an estimated timeline of events. As we worked with Stu, he was extremely responsive to emails and all of our questions. He got us through all of the confusing paperwork and we were able to submit quickly. Once we had submitted, Stu started working with us to prep us for the interview process including helping us understand what documents would be required and how to prove that our marriage is for love and not illegitimate purposes. It was helpful to have this lead time to get everything together and start prepping for the interview. Stu’s practice interview session with us was remarkably helpful. He not only did practice questions with us, but he also went through the logistics and events that would take place at the interview and getting there to help settle our nerves. This was all wonderfully helpful and calming going into a nerve wracking situation. We started our relationship with Stuart 9 years ago before my partner, I and our kid moved to New York from Italy. Because we were not married at that time we were not sure if we could all come together. We contacted Stu through a lawyers’ website and he was the only one that had not asked for a consulting fee in order to talk to us.
