This place is horrible even 8 years ago I ask for help I am marked by law perm. disabled they couldn’t even help with emotional support dog which by law they could’ve now today January 31st. 2:04 p.m they can’t help with domestic abuse help. You are better off representing yourself it’s free as well but you will win. You just have to go to law library if there is one in Rochester it will take time to look up info. You will be proud of yourself that you have more intelligence than free help.?

Called customer service and that was an awful experience. Very rude & gave out wrong information. After several weeks, someone got back to me. I missed the call & called them right back within 2 min. Never called me back until 2 weeks later!! Mind you I kept calling and leaving voice mails to this individual. I feel this service is a joke and it’s definitely not professional. I’m so annoyed I waisted my time!! Look elsewhere…

HORRIBLE! My mother has been trying to get assistance with her case for about 3 yes THREE years and we call, and call and call! Each time a different story is told and we STILL have no resolution. I was told things would be settled in November it is now JANUARY and with NO COMMUNICATION we do not know what’s going on! I am beyond frustrated and upset how my ELDERLY MOTHERS case is being handled! The lack of communication is a HUGE problem for me. They told my mom a mistake was made, then they said they lost her paper work but that was LAST YEAR and MONTHS ago! I wish I could move her case someplace else but that would be starting the process over. It’s unfair and unprofessional for this to go on this way!

Couldn’t get represented AT ALL due to “conflict of interest” I know damn well they have more than one attorney they assign to people.

Legal aid services is a complete joke for people who look to get help with their legal situations. I feel that this service truly don’t care about low income families . Need better lawyers who actually care and workers who take pride in their instead of giving customers attiuttdes or rude behavior

My lawyer was responsive at first. But you definitely get what you paid for. I was told that if I did not sign something that I didn’t agree with, that I would need to find a new lawyer. I never really felt that she was working in my best interest, more so just to be done with the case, whatever was easiest. The receptionist was rude.

They don’t really care about helping the community.play alotta of back and forth game’s . especially if you’re case involves some time and dedication. Meaning the more paperwork your case requires the less chance in them representing you.
