Matt Fendon sold me out to the State of Arizona. He told me that the Work Comp Insurance Doctor was too good and that the doctor was well respected by the courts. The State settled for $20K which Matt took his 25% immediately and then “forgot” to tell me that I had to pay the remaining $15K back to my long-term disability insurance. If he would have been forthright and told me that I basically wasn’t going to receive a penny I would have never went through with the case. He is the only person who made any money and he knew that from the beginning. I just had an attorney who used the same evidence. He fought for me and slayed the opposing doctor and I won my disability case. That is how a real attorney fights for you! No matter what Matt Fendon’s response will be, just look at the facts. He is the only party who received money from my case. He has done hundreds of cases just like mine and yet he failed to tell me that I wasn’t going to receive any of my money. He failed to tell me that he was the only one who was going to receive money. That’s all you need to know because that’s the kind of person he is. Good luck to all of you that use him.
