At Dailey Law, we perform two roles with equal vigor for all of our clients: As a Sword, we work the levers of government, via the courts or other means, to ensure our client’s rights and interests are properly honored and advanced. As a Shield, we protect our clients when the government is overreaching, or the law is being utilized by others unfairly or for improper purposes. At all times, whatever the matter or issue, it is our mission to be your champion as well as your advisor, and to provide our services with a human face: Providing direct access to our lawyers and staff, explaining the process in terms that are easily understood, and employing all of our experience and skill to zealously advocate your cause as if it is our own.

Michael took me on as a client approximately three years ago. Even though it should have been an easy case and had potential for it to turn difficult (which happened) Michael stayed forever patient and diligent, coming up with new ways to strategize and turn things in our favor. It was evident that he was a really nice guy from day 1 but more importantly he knew his law pertaining to my case especially. He came highly recommended by two friends and I hired him almost immediately. I have since recommended him to several family & friends of mine, even if it were just for a consultation. Not one was disappointed or had any negative feedback. All were impressed with his ease to talk to and more importantly, his expertise and knowledge. I highly recommend Michael F Dailey, Attorney at Law

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMichael Dailey was my appointed attorney for 24 hours. He is the most unprofessional “white-collar” individual I have ever encountered in my life. The FIRST red flag was failure to contact me once assigned in a very time sensitive case. The SECOND red flag was when he did finally contact me, he told me he already spoke to opposing counsel and attorney for the child before getting back to me. I would think it would be prominent to speak to your client before anyone else, but I guess that’s not the case here. THIRDLY, our 36 minute conversation was as if I was speaking to opposing counsel in a court room, instead of actually listening to his client of the history, which I found completely offensive since he entered into a 4 year case and based his thoughts on the most recent (exaggerated and fabricated) petition from opposing counsel. Then, he proceeds to tell me “to look him up” and he’s a retired lieutenant after he fails to know the difference between harassment and assault in the third degree, and after he admits not knowing CPLR 321C. FOURTHLY, after I tell him via email I no longer need his services and wished him a happy new year, he forwards my email thread to the court, opposing counsel, and attorney for the child, completing violating attorney-client privileged information, Rule 1.6 in ABA, an Ethical Code that attorneys are to obey. A lawyer claiming 35 years of experience should be fully aware of basic ethical codes. The one positive that gave him one star? His behavior and this experience has made me realize if this guy’s a lawyer, I can become one too. LSAT here I come.Michael Dailey was my appointed attorney for 24 hours.
