Juan Nevarez is unprofessional and a pathological liar. Mr. Juan Nevarez WAS appointed the law guardian for my son by Judge Stephen Aronson. And not long after Mr. Nevarez was appointed Judge Aronson disqualified Juan Nevarez. This is the same Judge Stephen Aronson that is over seeing the Judge Leticia Astacio trial. God Bless Stephen Aronson! Mr. Nevarez ran for Family Court Judge, He Lost! THANK GOD! I can stand on the tallest building and the highest mountain and scream “JUAN NEVAREZ IS A PATHOLOGICAL LAIR!” I have enough on Juan Nevarez I can put a billed bored on everStreet corner , Juan Nevarez is a pathologic liar. Nevarez showed an ugly dislike for me (the father). And showed incredible alliance for the mother (an officer of the court) My son suffers from ADD, Asperger’s and Autism. The child is completely defenseless. The mother has a live-in boyfriend. Every professional that visited the house on behalf of my son saw something very wrong in the house hold. Child Protective Services has been called on five different occasion. Willink middle school, called Child protective services. Nevarez job is the represent the child without prejudice. To do what ever it takes to protect and keep his clients safe. Rochester NY has the worst CPS in the stat of NY. If CPS did there job Brook Stagles Would be alive. The unfortunate death of Trevyan Rowe a 14 year boy that suffers from autism. My son Nic was beaten and had his ribs broken and his hair pulled by the live in boy-friend and Juan Nevarez did nothing. I the father called Juan Nevarez and notified him the first of many CPS investigation. JUAN NEVAREZ HUNG UP ON ME! Then he writes a letter saying he gave me the father his cell phone number for the child to call him. LIE! Juan Nevarez should be charged with a crime. We need to remove Juan Nevarez and people like him from their authorative position. I had to do something. I found it very hard to find a good attorney. One attorney I spoke to would not take the case do to Juan Nevarez being the law guardian. Then I met Gorge Forsyth. Juan went from attacking me the father to defending himself. When CPS removed my son from the mother’s house and placed him with me the father, The CPS investigator was very clear that the child stays with me the father till we go to court for emergency custody. In court Juan stands up and states he spoke to CPS and they, CPS denies telling this to me and my son. So Juan wants my son to go back into a abusive house. My attorney stud up and made the statement that CPS cannot speak to attorney unless the city attorney is present! And how is Juan to know what my attorney Gorge Forsyth is going to say before he says it? In a interview with the counselors from the Villa Of Hope my son told these consoles that Juan Nevarez told my son he should live with the mother and not live with the father. Of cores the Villa Of hope contacted me on this issue and I reported this to my attorney Gorge Forsyth. This was the last time we went to court Juan was not there he was so late that the court security had to call Juan’s office and notify him of his presents was needed in court. A court time and date is elementary. This is 7th grade level of skills that Juan is not professional or skilled enough. Once we all get in to court after waiting a half hour Juan to make his appearance. My attorneys Gorge Forsyth Stands up tell s the judge that Juan Narvaez instructed the child to live with the mother. Loud and with authority Gorge Forsyth called Juan Nevarez UNETHICAL! For telling the child where to live. At present I am interviewing attorneys for a lawsuit against Juan Nevarez for negligent. Stay away from this guy. He did nothing to protect my son. Juan should have done everything he could to get my son his client out of harms way. The court room is not Juan Nevarez’s playground for his amusement. My innocent 12 year old boy was abused mentally and physically. I don’t know who I hate more. Juan Nevarez or Kevin woods the guy that abused him.
