The representative on the phone was extremely impatient and rude with me. I barely got a complete sentence finished before she interrupted me with obvious irritated responses. People are calling there in distress and to have a rude rep answering the phone is not a good look. If providing free or discounted services deem it ok to treat is like nothing, then it shouldn’t be offered.
