I contacted Ms. Gordon as a first time client inquiring about business entity formation. Let me start by saying that this review is based on customer service and responsiveness, not her abilities. Our initial phone call was great, she appeared to be very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and concerns. We discussed the nature of the business and that it was time sensitive.The next step would’ve been submitting an intake form, followed by the formation of the entity and publication. Unfortunately, I had to search elsewhere for this service because Ms. Gordon never sent the forms and has not answered or returned my calls. Very disappointing. Again, Im sure Ms. Gordon is a fine attorney, if you can actually get through. Best of luck to everyone.
