Critical: ProfessionalismThis review is related to issued statement implying that a particular client’s 0.18 Result for DUI was not grounds for arrest. The legal limit in Georgia is 0.08. this particular client blew a 0.18 well past 2x the legal limit. The same client was determined to be behind the wheel of a motor vehicle.The attorney Mr Chris, claimed that the client in question should of been released from an investigation and sent home. This is a clear violation of Georgia law. Which explicitly states that being in possession and operating a motor vehicle while impaired is an arrestable offense.
