A former Cobb County prosecutor and magistrate judge, Alan now defends clients facing loss of driving privileges and jail for DUI and drug possession allegations, and other criminal matters before Georgia’s superior and state courts. Alan also handles appeals before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. A member of a boutique estate and probate litigation firm for three years, Alan continues to represent clients in complex estate, probate, guardianship and conservatorship litigation. He also handles the various collateral business disputes arising out of such litigation. Alan handles appeals in these fields, and is regularly appointed guardian ad litem by the Probate Court of Cobb County.
