Critical: Professionalism, QualityNegative experience! Upon calling, phone etiquette and greeting by the female receptionist was poor and uninviting. Upon calling for my consult appointment, the male legal assistant provided no greeting but instead asked for credit card information to charge for initial consultation. Caught me off guard since I don’t know what he is providing. I didn’t want to pay $100 for a 2 min consult and “sorry I can’t help you” statement. So the legal assistant asked me, “do you want to go through with it or not?”. Based on this, I rather seek legal consultation some where else. Negative experience! Upon calling, phone etiquette and greeting by the female receptionist was poor and uninviting. Upon calling for my consult appointment, the male legal assistant provided no greeting but instead asked for credit card information to charge for initial consultation. Caught me off guard since I don’t know what he is providing. I didn’t want to pay $100 for a 2 min consult and “sorry I can’t help you” statement. Unfortunately, and because the cost was lower here, I went to this office and was asked to leave to the room while the drilled in loud voices my mother on question(s). At which time I re-enter the room and removed my mother from these people whom say they are lawyers and took our business to another legal office. Personally, and after seeing the messy office as you walk in, I should’ve know these people were crooks and not lawyers. Unfortunately, and it is hard, everyone has to make a will to leave to their loved ones. But these people would never ever get my services and hopefully this will help someone avoid this type of treatment to their loved ones.
