This UPS store at 367 Windsor Hwy. New Windsor ny. Are the most dishonest employees when it came to my situation. I asked over a few times if my package would arrive the next day. Paid over $100. And was never told that they had warming that it would be bad weather on their screen. Then they don’t want to help you. All they want to say is l just work here. The manager has not returned calls. Never will use this place again. They don’t even deserve the one star.

Have used this place numerous times most recently today sending out a couple packages and never have or had a issue. Customer service always great. Owner is friendly. Highly recommended. Also bad weather today. Thanked owner for working. You know she cares about her employees when she doesn’t force them to come in bad weather. Thx UPS store NW.

I have never written a negative review in my life, until now. Every single employee in this store is rude & disrespectful. It’s like they can’t be bothered. Never a hello, good morning or have a nice day just, “put it on the scale”. I often go in to send back Amazon packages or to ship a gift. I just moved back to New Windsor from Fishkill. Prior, I always went to the UPS store on Main St in Fishkill. They show up 5 min before opening and actually OPEN ON TIME rather than strolling around the corner & casually unlocking the door at least 10-15 minutes after store hours begin. To then only re-lock the door to get the place “set up”. At the Fishkill store, the employees are pleasant & very respectful to both the customer & of the customer’s time. I generally get there right at 8:30 AM bc I have to be to work by 9. I have been in upper management the last ten’ish years. I was always taught that if you are on time, you are late. This review has nothing to do with wait times. I understand that it’s a busy store. In my opinion, this is a trickle down effect from management. I am just disgusted & disheartened at the way this store operates & treats customers. From now on, I will drive to Fishkill rather than 2 min from my house. Shame on y’all.

This store is the best UPS store I have been to. Their employees are top notch. Knowledgeable, expeditious , courteous, friendly and you can tell they are a great team. The store owner did a great job with her staff and I can always count on them for the needs of my business. Always in and out in 2 minutes or less. In addition they do a great job at implementing social distancing and follow all the covid rules. I feel safe and confident that when I send out my packages, they are in good hands.

This is my favorite go to spot for delivery services, copies, computer use, or printing! They are always extremely amiable and greet you with a pleasant attitude ALL THE TIME! If you call them over the phone with a question they are always helpful and courteous. I have never had a bad experience with them and highly recommend them oppose to say the mailing service in Walmart which is more expensive and a lot less personal!Thanks to everyone!

Horrible customer service and they never scan packages directly when they send back to Amazon. At least my packages never do. It’s been months now that my packages will get dropped off there and then I have no departure scans of any kind. I would have to wait weeks and weeks until Amazon receives and scans upon arrival before anything would be refunded to me. I almost feel like they’re doing it on purpose. I now have to drive miles out of my way to drop off packages at kohl’s because for some reason they seem to be getting it right over this ups location.

So thankful for this store. I have been working from home due to covid 19. Of-course I do not have what I need at home to make that all work. I always ship to my children at college from this store so I knew to come here. They have made this stress free. I even missed the cut off for a overnight and Colleen made sure she got it to the warehouse for me. All good things to say about the staff here. Thank you for all of what you do, be well, be safe

I have had nothing but negative experiences here. At least three separate occasions my package has been “lost”. On all three occasions my package was in the store and they couldn’t find it. For one of them I had left and come back. For the second, they sent me to the warehouse to get the package THAT WAS AT THE STORE. For this last time, they were having trouble locating my package within the store. The truck driver had checked it in and then the store never checked it in on their end. I waited for a half hour while they searched. They even called the driver and asked him to check his truck. My package was in the store the whole time. The woman who I will assume is the manager there has had a bad attitude every time I have encountered her. I am at the point that I would prefer to drive to a further location to get my package than return to that location. 0/10 would not recommend to a friend.
