Apparently when you pay $50 to ship a package, and then call UPS 3 days later to be told they don’t have the package yet? It was dropped off at 11AM on 11/18/21. No holidays and not including Sunday. $50 for what? A ripoff?

What an improvement! Taylor the New Manager was awesome. She was the only one working and it was very busy. You could tell she was tired, but she was really nice and still upbeat. Asked how my day was going and was very personable. She is a breath of fresh air compared to the last manager.

The old lady is very rude and discrimination. I saw her talk really nice with white peoples before me chit chat, laughing ect.. but then my turn (non-white people) she act very rude, poker face didn’t even want to say a word with me, really discrimination.. But the other workers a young lady, a guys. They’re nice, they explained if I misunderstood something. She the only person made me don’t want to use any UPS service

Everyone at this store has been extremely nice, helpful and very professional. Taylor made sure I had all my copies and in the correct order, for a 85 page grant proposal. I have also mailed packages there without any issues. It gets a little busy during rush hour, but that is to be expected.

No masks worn by employees, no barriers to protect public…Jennifer-terrible customer service! I had a package with me right in front of you when you notarized my papers. Maybe you didn’t notice that I walked out with it because you were talking to the next customer about their Facebook post. (Get a life) Maybe you didn’t care? You acted bothered as I came in and bothered by my questions as if I was the guy with the stamp. You didn’t even look at my face and made me feel like I was interrupting you. i certainly wasn’t spending any more $ in your establishment. Your coworker was nice and could probably teach you some customer service technique, but you’re probably the “boss.” Reading the other reviews was enlightening. It appears Jen S replies to these, I hope that is you and you see how silly my experience was in your store. I won’t be back.

Awful. Scheduled an appointment for a notary public. Arrived for my appointment, which was confirmed via email by the ups store. I was told there was not a notary in the office today and to call next time.

No complaints for this UPS store. The men are always friendly and polite. There used to be a petite woman who was miserable, nasty, and just a real gem that one. I haven’t seen her in several weeks. Excellent service. Open late. A+

Woman behind counter was nice but the other blonde next to her was rude and was not wearing a mask or any covid precautions. Atleast be one of the crazies that think wearing a mask without it on their nose works.. Or not. Just wear it the right way…… we do a lot to protect our family. She could have just ruined all our efforts with this selfish act. So unbelievable. Idc what you believe we need to protect the world around us.
