Unable to get past intake. A non atty takes your call and requests personal info and a questionnaire. She doesn’t respond to questions and demeanor is rude. Got hung up on asking questions . Cant use them if you even want to . Very unprofessional. Losing business.

Got a call around 615 p.m. called them back and got a guy who seemed he didnt want to be there. I explained my situation told him i wasnt working i asked him could i just do the process on my own he said yes so i asked how would i get that started if he could point me in the right dircetion his response was “well you can google that on your own its not my job to tell you that my job is to sign you up” yes that isnhis job but you don’t say that to someone calling ln for help to me that was very rude
