When I called this attorney and explained my situation and that I needed to also show him some paperwork to help fully explain what I was trying to convey, he told me to meet him at the House of Charity homeless shelter for a free consultation. I got up early in order to be the first in line. I was the first in line. After waiting a half hour; sitting across from a guy who was sleeping snoring and breaking wind. He finally started doing intakes. After he started doing intakes. I said hey” isn’t it first come first served. He said nope and quickly walked away and ignoring any more of my questions. I observed him walking around the shelter seeking out the most odd looking mentality ill people he could find. He was short tempered with everyone. By the time it was my turn 3 hours had passed. The first there and the last to be seen. He introduced his wife as the attorney with whom I would talking. As I was talking to her he was pacing and lurking behind me. Every time I started to speak ,out of the the blue he would rear his head dangerously close mine and rudely interrupt. I couldn’t finish one paragraph. It was obvious me that it was obvious to them that my case might involve some actual work. I would have considered paying him a reasonable fee if he had anything positive for me to consider. They can’t stop playing devils advocate long enough to actually listen. It is obvious to me. They only want to solicite and take advantage of vulnerable people in that situation. With no sensitivity training and questionable ethics that is a job best suited for a social worker. Those two are only interested in filing and waiting for the cash to flow. In my opinion, they’re the Social Security equivalent of ambulance chasers better call Saul. Irest my case.

I’m a little shocked that they didn’t have 5 stars on Google. I really had no idea what to expect during this process. I figure it would take years and several appeals to get any where dealing with SSI. Rose with Wear Law prepared us for it taking some time. They helped us get set up with state aid while we waited, talked us thru the process and even followed up regularly. I can’t get over how much they were on it, they were a head on every step of the process. We got ours settled in 6 months after only one appeal. All I can say is if you are needing help applying for SSI. There is no one better, I wish they practice law in other areas. They would be the only office I would ever use.
